The fur busby bears the embroided RAF red and gold embroided badge surmounted by ER crown to the front.
Above this is the plume holder with the sky blue plume. The busby has a yellow and blue embroided 'ear to ear ' bugle cord mounted on round silver buttons with the crown and RAF Eagle & brass link chin strap backed with leather.
