~ Pair of Victorian Royal Worcester Blush Ivory Claret Jugs 1897 ~
These beautiful slender jugs are of tapering form.
They have gilt detailing of flowers and rings around the body leading onto entwined handles.
The body is delicately hand painted with flowers.
To the underside of the jugs are stamps reading ‘Royal Worcester, England, Rd No 17049, and 1047’.
They are date coded for 1897.
An exquisite pair.

The jugs each measure 8 inches (20cm) high with a base diameter of 3 inches (8cm). Together they weigh 555g.
~ Condition ~
The jugs are in a lovely condition with minimal wear. One of the appears to have a short restored score mark on the lower panel to the extreme right of the flowers.
