*Original, British, WW2, Royal Army Medical Corps Service Tunic, Named & Dated - 1943, "Captain W.E.Haffer Esq"*

Tunic made by "Bernard Weatherill Ltd, 55 Conduit Street, W1, No. M AL20576,  Date  19/02/1943". For "Captain W.E.Haffer Esq".

Tunic has lapel badges of the Royal Medical Corps with brass kings crown buttons to front fly & pockets. Rank of Captain to shoulders with three pips. Khaki single breasted open collar tunic with bronzed R.A.M.C collar badges, complete with cherry cotton braided lanyard. Pleated chest pockets and lower bag pockets all with buttoned flaps. Fully lined with padded shoulders. Interestingly this tunic has belt equipment hooks to waist. Inside it has an extra pocket for carrying gauze. Fully lined with padded shoulders. Shoulder to shoulder 44cm. Back length (to top of collar) 76cm. Outside sleeve to shoulder length 59cm. Closed belt length 88cm.

*Condition*
This jacket is in very good condition commensurate with age and service. All buttons are correct and present but pocket button is inside the pocket and needs to be resewn on. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
