~ Original WW1 Italian 1891/38 Pattern Cacarno Bayonet ~

World War 1 Italian Bayonet

This bayonet was made for the Cacarno rifle and would have been used throughout World War 1. Cacarno is a term used to describe a series of bolt-action Italian rifles. The M91 was used by most Italian troops during the 1st World War and even some Italian and German troops during the 2nd World War. This bayonet would likely have been used in conjunction with one of these rifles.

*Condition*

This bayonet is heavily pitted across the metal parts but remains sturdy and intact. Please see pictures for more detail.
