A pair of World War 1 horse riding spurs. In place of a rowel these spurs have a German pfennig coin which was the German national currency before the introduction of the euro in 2002. These spurs are stamps “Withers 1914” which would indicate J. Withers & Son LTD.
*Condition*
The spurs are in good condition for their age with clear stamps. The buttons are rusted and there are a few minor knocks and scratches. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
