A compact brown-leather pocket or shoulder-strap holster, measuring approximately 12 cm × 12.5 cm, made for a very small automatic or revolver in the vest-pocket class (likely 6.35 mm / .25 ACP or similar). Constructed from medium-weight cowhide with hand-stitched seams, a rounded flap secured by a single brass stud, and a stitched muzzle cap. The rear carries a small belt-loop plus an integral narrow leather strap with a simple iron buckle—suggesting either shoulder-strap or chest-suspension wear rather than formal belt carry. The profile is typical of early–mid 20th-century civilian pistols.
*Condition* The leather is soft with age-related wrinkling, scattered speckling and small surface losses, but retains good form. Stitching intact; muzzle-cap stitching sound. Flap lining shows expected flattening and wear. Brass closure stud with patina. Strap present but dry with cracking, and the small steel buckle shows heavy rust. No visible maker’s stamp or date. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
