Navy officer’s White Parade Cap with black plastic visor. The cockade a red star over a golden bullion wreath surrounding a navy anchor. Size 57, made in MOSCOW in 1988. Soviet Navy Officer Summer white Visor Hat for Service Uniform used by officer of USSR/Russian Fleet. It is original issue  according to the Ministry of Defense of USSR manual “Rules and Regulation of wearing Military Uniforms” (page 162, picture 130).

Inside the cap: "МПО, ЗАРНИЦА (Zarnista), MOCKBA (Moscow), 88, 57"

Black double-breasted wool jacket with six gilt metal buttons featuring anchors. On either cuff the rank of a Captain 2nd Rank. Above the left breast pocket two rows of medal ribbons, six in total. On either shoulder the epaulettes of Captain 2nd Rank. Sleeves each with 2 smaller gold buttons also with anchor. Inside is pinned the date 1982.

The Russian navy (Russian: Военно-морской флот [ВМФ], romanized: Voyenno-morskoi flot [VMF], lit. '"Military Maritime Fleet"') is the naval arm of the Russian Armed Forces. Captain 2nd Rank (Капитан 2-го ранга) is the middle rank in the staff officer's career group. The rank is equivalent to Lieutenant colonel in armies and air forces.

Label says: "МОЖАЙСКОЕ, пшо, KN 85, ШЕРСТЬ (Wool)"

Sleeve Length 65cm (outside cuff to shoulder). Shoulder to shoulder 45cm. Back length 75cm (excluding collar)
