This is an original, hand-operated type 447 siren which was first introduced in 1945. It comes with the original wooden crate that has a set of instructions on the inside of the lid and labels on the exterior. The siren works as it should and can be very loud.
*Condition*
The type 447 Syren and the ARP Whistle are in great condition. The Syren has some small patches of rust which is to be expected but the siren and crate are strong and remain undamaged. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
