This is a bayonet for the M1914 rifle that was made during the First World War. The P1913 bayonet was officially introduced into British service on the 21st June 1916 and was made under contract in the USA by Remington and Winchester. This particular bayonet was made by Remington in June 1917.

*Condition*

This bayonet is in great condition with minor marks to the blade and loss of finish. The scabbard is in excellent condition too and the blade fits nicely in it. Button in good working order.
