The Pattern 1907 bayonet was the standard bayonet used by British forces during World War I and beyond. The hooked quillon was added in 1913 to allow the bayonet to be used as a fighting knife. The bayonet also featured a 17-inch blade, a wooden grip, and a metal pommel with a locking mechanism to attach it to the rifle. On the blade is stamped with Enfield makers mark followed by ‘1907 4 11’.

*Condition*

Overall the bayonet and scabbard are in good condition. There is very light pitting and the blade and makers marks are still very visible. The leather scabbard is nicely preserved. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
