~ Nelson Society Bronze Gilt Copy Of Medal Awarded Postumously Admiral Nelson #1 ~
The cased medal is a facsimile of the Large Naval Gold Medal awarded postumously to Vice Admiral Lord Nelson. It was commissioned by The Nelson Society and produced by Bigbury Mint in 2005 to commemorate the bicentenary of The Battle Of Trafalgar and Nelson's death on the 21st of October 1805. This is number 160 of a limited edition of 300. It comes with its case and certificate of authenticity, the later is signed by Anna Tribe OBE. Anna is the great, great, great, grandaughter of Admiral Lord Nelson and Emma, Lady Hamilton.
