~ Moorcroft Limited Edition Carousel Pattern Ginger Jar With Original Box ~
The first quality ovoid, tube-lined ginger jar with lid is decorated in the 'Carousel' pattern. It was designed by Rachael Bishop. It depicts Narcissi and other flowers.
It is dated for 1997 and also has the 'HC' date symbol for 1997, as well as the Moorcroft backstamp.
It was a limited edition piece, only issued in 1997, this one being 190.
~ Condition ~
The ginger jar is free from chips and cracks, there is minor standing wear. There is some crazing to the glaze.
