~ Late Victorian Moorcroft For MacIntyre Florian Ware Coffee Set ~
Here we have an almost impossible to find late Victorian Florian ware coffee set, designed by William Moorcroft for MacIntyre.
The set is comprised of a coffee pot, milk jug and sugar bowl along with four cups and saucers.
The pieces have an embossed pattern of blue tubelined flowers over a sage green background with a light blue ring.
The pieces are back stamped for MacIntyre, Burslem and England.
~ Condition ~
The milk jug has a small chip to its spout. The other pieces are in good order though there is general glaze crazing.
~ Dimensions ~
The coffee pot is 19 cm (7.5 cm) tall. The saucers have a diameter of 13 cm (5.2 inches). The cups are 6 cm (2.5 inches) tall with a diameter of 6 cm (2.5 inches). The milk jug and sugar bowls are 7.5 cm (3 inches) tall.
