~ Inert 1915 Dated British 13 Pounder Shell ~

The base of the shell is stamped 13 PR II, broad arrow, V.S.M. and 1915. The fuse is stamped Lot 93, No 101 II and 1-17 for January 1917. The 13 pounders are much rarer than the 18 pounders.

The shell is 54 cm (12 inches) tall.
