~ Indian Service 1859 Pattern Socket Bayonet ~

The 1859 India Pattern socket bayonet was made for the .61 Cal. Percussion muzzle-loading Enfield 3-band Infantry Musket.

It is a 17″/430mm triangular blade, fullered on all three faces.

The blade is stamped with inspector's marks and with WD beneath the broad arrow.

~ Condition ~

As seen in the pictures, the piece is in good condition.
