*German, WW2, Wehrmacht (Army) Augenschützer 42 (Eye Shield 42), Compact Folding Dust Goggles with Original Paper Case*
German Military Eye Shield 42 in their original paper packet. The German Army supplied an array of protective eyewear for troops. These included options for desert or snowy environments, shielding eyes from intense sun, sand, and dust. Developed in 1942, the Augenschützer 42 served as affordable and easily producible eye protectors. They came in two models, featuring colored lenses for sun protection and clear lenses for dust protection.
