The rare central cockade for the SA Marine visor cap, modelled on the standard national cockade but having the SA insignia in frosted white metal to the centre.
The SturmabteilungSA; literally "Storm Division" or Storm Troopers was the original paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party. The SA also had several military training units. The largest was the SA-Marine, which served as an auxiliary to the Kriegsmarine (German Navy) and performed search and rescue operations as well as harbor defense.
