~ Georgian 1827 Pattern Midshipman Sword ~

The blade is marked with the retailer’s name “Livett of Portsea”.

A classical piece with a lion head pommel, brass basket with the crown above the anchor.

The blade is nicely etched with the crown over the fouled anchor on one side and the coat of arms on the other.

~ Condition ~

The blade has aged, as seen in the pictures and it is slightly bent on the top. There are traces of rust and a nice patina.
