This is an original deactivated model DWM Luger (Deutsches Waffen Und Munitionsfabriken Co) manufactured in the early 1920’s. Under the constrictions of the Treaty of Versailles, DWM were confined in supplying weapons for the German military. Incidentally, Lugers like this were primarily made for the commercial and export market.  The serial number appears on the front of the frame and under the barrel. The Crown N proof (Nitro) was the commercial proof of the German Government until the Nazi regime took power. This Luger holds an EU deactivation certificate.

*Condition*

Despite its deactivation and age, the Lugar is still able to cock with its magazine functional. Most of the Lugar’s identification marks are still visible and distinguishable. Underneath the barrel the number ‘1’ from is ‘3691’ mark is not present due to deactivation. Aside from that, the weapon is in fantastic condition with no other damage.  Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
