The French 1886 pattern Lebel bayonet is an unusual design with a long and thin cruciform blade, an all metal grip and a hooked quillion.

The bayonet was issued with the Lebel Model 1886 rifle also known as the "Fusil Mle 1886 M93" that entered service in the French Army in 1887.

~ Dimensions ~
The length of the blade is 50cm, and the overall length is 64cm. The width is 8cm, and the weight is 0.8kg.

~ Condition ~

The blade shows its age, with rust and signs of nicks. The metal grip has developed patina.
