The chromolithograph depicts HMS Victory, painted as she was at the time in black and white, moored opposite the semaphore tower in Portsmouth dockyard.
The print comes in an ornate glazed frame.

Please refer to the images. The frame has minor wear. The print has some oxidization, principally to the white edges.

The frame is 88 cm (35 inches) tall and 73 cm (29 inches) wide.
