Measurements: Approx. 42.5 cm wide × 52.5 cm high (16¾ × 20¾ in.).
Historical Note: Scarface (1983), directed by Brian De Palma, remains one of the defining crime films of the late twentieth century. Pacino’s portrayal of Cuban immigrant Tony Montana, rising from petty criminal to Miami drug lord, became synonymous with excess and ambition. The Cohiba cigar – a Cuban prestige brand introduced in the 1960s and favoured by figures such as Fidel Castro – became closely linked to Montana’s cinematic image of wealth and power, appearing prominently in promotional photography and memorabilia.
*Condition* Frame and glazing in good order overall, with light surface scuffs and minor wear to gilt edges. Paper backing torn in several areas, consistent with age and previous hanging. Cigar intact with minor age-related drying. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
