He was born in Mantova, Northern Italy in 1924 and trained at the local art college for 3 years, and due to 2nd world war breaking out, was not able to continue studies but turned professional in 1952. Since then has earned his living by painting floral pictures. This artist offers a simple and delicate style of work most of which are florals and painted in a technique and style that looks as though the artist had painted the work at the turn of the century. He is well known in Italy and abroad.
