It features a double-edged blade, a tapered handle for a secure grip, and a pointed pommel for striking. The knife was widely used by British and Commonwealth forces during the war. The ricasso is stamped "Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd. London" to one side and "The F-S Fighting Knife." to the other.

*Condition*

As a whole, this item is in excellent condition. The blade is almost in mint condition with exception of a light but attractive patina.  The scabbard is surprisingly well preserved when considering its previous life. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
