The 3rd Pattern Fairbairn Sykes is an iconic combat knife designed for close-quarters combat. It features a double-edged blade with a tapered point for piercing. Production of the third pattern knife started during WW2 in 1942 and it became famous for its use by regiments such as the British SAS, SBS and Commandos.

This knife has an 17.5cm blade with an overall length of 29.5cm (33.5cm in scabbard). It features the maker’s mark “Cooper, Sheffield, England” on the crossguard and is complete with scabbard. It would make an excellent addition to any collection.

~Condition~

This knife is in great condition with minor discolouration to the tip of the blad. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
