A die-cast, 1:44 scale model of a Short S.25 Sunderland III, BOAC Hythe Class flying boat by Corgi.

The Short S.25 Sunderland was a WW2 era British flying boat patrol bomber, developed and constructed by Short Brothers for the Royal Air Force.

After the war some of the Sunderland mark III’s were converted for BOAC (British Overseas Airways Corporation) and named Hythe Class.

The model, part of the ‘Aviation Archive, Classic Propliners’ range, has superb detail and comes with a stand.

The model comes in its original box.

The model has a wingspan of 24cm (9 ½ inches).

The box measures 28.5cm (11 ¼ inches) by 28.5cm (11 ¼ inches).

Together they weigh 2.36 Kg

~ Condition ~

One of the small, plastic additional extras is missing but everything else is present.

The model itself is in great condition with no damage.

The box is in good order.
