~ Copper Ash Tray to Commemorate The Prince Of Wales Visit to Kobe In 1922 Aboard HMS Renown ~
Very nice copper ash tray with flowing edges, Made to commemorate the Prince of Wales visit to Kobe, Japan during his Eastern tour of 1922.
The Union Jack and the Japanese flag crossed in the centre. On the upper part “A E Burt assumed to be a rating on board) H.M.S. Renown” is inscribed and “Japan 1922” on the lower edge.
~ Condition ~
Excellent condition for its age a few marks and scratch’s in keeping with its age, but a lovely piece.
