~ Circa 1910 Silver Plated & Cut Glass Condiment ~

This is a vintage cut glass and EPNS (electro plated nickel silver) table condiment set. The set is comprised of a shaker, spoon and lidded jar and two bottles with stoppers. These are secured in a stand with four bun feet and a handle.

This base is marked by JBC & SL Ltd inside a 'cresent'. John Bishop Chatterley was active from c. 1880 (later J.B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd until at least 1936) and operated in Birmingham.

~ Dimensions ~

The set has a total height of 8 inches (20.5 cm) and the base has a size of 7.75 inches (19.5 cm) x 6.25 inches (16cm). It's total weight is 1.55 Kg.

~ Condition ~

The silver plate has worn away in a few place but the set holds a bright shine. One stopper has a chip on the lower rim.
