~ Circa 1905 Royal Doulton Nelson Tea Pot, Milk Jug And Sugar Bowl ~

The pieces are finished in cobalt blue and green with brown rope borders and rims. Panels depict HMS Victory and a profile of Lord Nelson, along with his year of birth and death. Around the rim reads 'England Expects Everyman Will Do His Duty'. All three pieces are back stamped for Royal Doulton. They were issued on the centenary of the Battle Of Trafalgar.

The teapot is 24 cm (5.5 inches) tall, 18 cm (7 inches) long and 12 cm (4.5 inches) wide.

The milk jug is 14 cm (5.5 inches) tall, 10 cm (4 inches) long and 8 cm (3.25 inches) wide.

The sugar pot is 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) tall and 9 cm (3.5 inches) in diameter.
