The plate is in the classical Imari combination of red, pink and blue with gilt highlights.
It depicts blue lotus flowers to the centre and has a pie crust border.

The plate is in excellent order, free from chips and damage.

The plate is 21 cm (8.25 inches) in diameter and 3 cm (1.25 inches) tall.
