~ Circa 1760 18th Century Dragoons Flintlock Pistol By Shepherd ~

The lock plate is engraved Shepherd and it is initialled 'KHD' to the other side on the brass plate. The pistol is full stocked in walnut with a brass pommel and brass trigger guard. It is fitted with its ramrod.

~ Condition ~

The stock is in good order, there is one area of loss of wood by the muzzle on the left hand side. The lock needs attention as it does not function as intended.

~ Dimensions ~

The pistol is 48 cm (19 inches) in total length with a 30 cm (12 inches) barrel.
