A lovely hand carved jade figure of a tiger. The tiger has a bifurcated tail & slightly raised head.

The jade is a beautiful translucent, nearly celadon green colour.

It is from the Qing period, possibly earlier.

~ Dimensions ~

The tiger has a width of 3 inches (7.6 cm), a depth of 0.9 inches (2.5 cm) & a height of 1.7 inches (4.3 cm).

It weighs 85 g.

~ Condition ~

The jade is in excellent condition.
