A rare pair of original WW2 Third Reich German Heer (Army) issue 10 x 50 binoculars by Karl Zeiss.

They are stamped Dienstglas, 10x50, 2213968 and have the Zeiss 3 letter code of blc+.

The binoculars have their often-missing Bakelite eye cover with their leather attachments straps and their leather neck strap.

They are housed in their original and correct leather case which is dated for 1944 and are stamped to the rim with the eagle and swastika motif.

~ Condition ~

The optics are nice and clear. The textured exterior of the binoculars has some loss. The case is in excellent order.

~ Dimensions ~

The binoculars are 20 cm (8 inches) wide and 18 cm (7 inches) long with 50mm lenses.

The case is 22 cm (8.5 inches) wide and 20 cm (8 inches) long.
