The vase is decorated in blue on white with numerous buildings including pagodas.
It is backstamped for "Man Tang Fu Ji" (满堂福记) which is a Chinese phrase meaning "Full Hall of Blessings". It is also the name of a well-known workshop or studio, particularly associated with late Qing dynasty (19th to early 20th century) blue and white porcelain production.
