~ c1860 Paris Schneeballen Porcelain Encrusted Vase ~
The vase has a delicately hand painted panel of wild flowers surrounded by molded flowers and further Schneeballen (snow ball) bundles of flowers on Ivy leaves. The vase is back stamped in puce M 218.
~ Condition ~
There are several nibbles to the edges of the Schneeballen petals.
~ Dimensions ~
The candlesticks are 16 cm (6.25 inches) tall and the bases are 8 cm (3.25 inches) in diameter.
