*British, WW2, BSA Bren Gun Sustained Fire Tripod*
This is a WWII British Bren gun sustained fire tripod, complete with anti-aircraft attachments. Manufactured by BSA, it bears the maker's mark. The elevation knob is the correct type for British-made examples, and the leg locking handles feature casting numbers which is a British peculiarity and is not seen on Australian or Canadian tripods. It includes graduated, adjustable traversing and elevating mechanisms, along with adjustable legs.
