Holland 3 was a Royal Navy submarine designed by Vickers and built in Barrow-in-Furness. Laid down on 4 February 1901, she was launched on 9 May 1902 and commissioned on 1 August the same year. She sank during trials in 1911 and was later sold on 7 October 1913.

Service History
In August 1902, John Alfred Moreton was appointed commander of Holland 3 aboard the depot ship HMS Hazard. Alongside Holland 5, she became one of the first two submarines officially accepted into Royal Navy service on 19 January 1903. However, she was already considered obsolete upon launch, as the Royal Navy had ordered thirteen more advanced A-class submarines.
