This sterling silver watch fob made in 1928 (George V 1910-1936), has not been personalised. It has a wonderful raised gold footballer about to score, even the grass and goal are detailed. The fob is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, the city of Birmingham. It was made by J. W. Tiptaft & Son Ltd, founded in 1882 by James Walter Tiptaft. He went into partnership with his son, Norman, in 1909.
