The embossed frame bears elaborate scroll work and a central, upper cartouche.
The frame is hallmarked with the Birmingham assay anchor, 958 for Britannic silver (Sterling silver is 925) and a makers mark of R H.
It is velvet backed in deep blue with an easel back.
