The set of seven soldiers, produced in 1940, consists of an officer with a sword and pistol & six other ranks soldiers charging with fixed bayonets. They are depicted wearing gas masks & steel helmets.
They are still housed within the original 1940 illustrated grey lid label box.
~ Dimensions ~
The box has a width of 15 inches (38.1 cm), a depth of 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) and a height of 1.5 inches (3.8 cm).
The soldiers each have an approx. height of 2.3 inches (5.7 cm).
The set weighs 314 g.
~ Condition ~
The figures have some minor paint loss but remain in otherwise good condition.; they are still strung to the box, and one has a broken rifle. The box is in good order, some age wear to the water stained label and the box, especially around the edges. There is a side split to the lid.
