The robot like decanter (or carafe if you prefer) is of the larger size, 90 centi-litres (0.9 litres) and the set also contains the six glasses, all in Indigo (a slate blue colour).
All the pieces bear the original gold sticker labels and the set includes the rather rare original box depicting glass blowers and its insert.

Helena Tynell (1918–2016) has designed many classics for the Finnish Riihimäen Lasi glassworks. Some of the most well-known objects are the sculptural decanters from 1969. They come with uni-colored glass, lid and humorous expression. The four bottles are characters from the Finnish author Zacharias Topelius’ children story ”Small Matti”. Each decanter were accompanied with small schnapps glass. The series was in production until 1971.
~ Condition ~
The set is in excellent order, free from chips and cracks. The box is decent too with minor wear.
~ Dimensions ~
The box is 35 cm (17.75 inches) wide, 30 cm (11.75 inches) deep and 7 cm (2.75 inches) tall. The decanter is 27 cm (10.75 inches) tall and the glasses are 6.5 cm (2.75 inches) tall.
