A Budgie Toys Leyland "Hippo" Cattle Truck produced between 1959 and 1966.

The model has an orange cab and chassis with silver trim, and a tan body with brown rear drop down door.

The underside of the model is stamped ‘Leyland Hippo-20H9, Made in England, Budgie Toys, Laden Weight 20 Tons’.

The model comes in its original (A2 type) yellow & black carded picture box.

The model measures 3 ¾ inches (9.5cm) by 1 ½ inches (4cm) with a height of 2 inches (5cm).

The box measures 4 ½ inches (11.5cm) by 2 inches (5cm) with a height of 2 inches (5cm).

Together they weigh 145g.

The model is in near excellent condition with almost no signs of wear. The box is in great condition too with minimal wear.
