The vesta case with its sprung lid, used to store non-safety matches, has engraved decoration to both sides with a ‘MJ’ monogram to the front centre.

It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1893 and has a makers mark of ‘W.F.C’ for W. F. Casewell.

The piece measures 3.5 cm by 5.5cm.

It weighs 38g.

~ Condition ~

There is a tiny dent to the bottom corner and a couple of tiny pin prick dings to the piece but overall the vesta case is in really nice condition. It opens and closes well.
