A small antique brass police whistle painted in silver, the whistle is made by Hudson & Co. Birmingham.
The inscription to the whistle reads “The Metropolitan, Jhudson & Co., 16 Barret, Birmingham, Patent”
~ Dimensions ~
The whistle has a length of 3.3 inches (8.4 cm) & a maximum diameter of 0.75 inches (1.8 cm). The yellow rope has a length of 25 inches (63.5 cm). It weighs 40 grams.
~ Condition ~
The piece is in very good condition, a lot of the silver paint is missing revealing the brass underneath.
