~ Antique Japanese Meiji Period Cloisonne Enamel Charger Depicting Birds In Flight ~
This exquisite charger from the Meiji period (1868-1912) depicts fourteen small birds in flight on a Robins egg blue ground with a simple banded lovely patterned border.
The footed reverse has a scroll pattern.
~ Condition ~
The piece remains in excellent order. There are a few very minor areas of loss to the enamel.

The charger is 30 cm (12 inches) in diameter and 3 cm (1.25 inches) tall.
