A beautiful ring of 9ct gold set with 3 triplet-opals and 36 small round-cut diamonds.
The opals are bezel set in a row to the front of the ring.
The diamonds are mounted in a white gold studded setting surrounding the opals.
The band is of plain gold.
The ring is hallmarked inside the band for 9ct gold, Birmingham, 2003 and has a makers mark of ‘QVC’.
~ Dimensions ~
The central opal measure 1.0 carats (6mm x 8mm) while the others are slightly smaller at 0.75 carats (5mm x 7mm) each.
The diamonds measure 0.01 carats (1mm diameter) each.
The ring is a UK size M which is a US size 6 ¼ (16.6mm diameter).
It weighs 7.5g.
~ Condition ~
One of the opals has developed a slightly milky look and one has a hairline crack but all three present well.
Overall the ring is in a very nice pre-owned condition and has a great sparkle.
