A pretty ring of 9ct gold set with five round cabochon white opals and 4 small round-cut diamonds.

The stones are mounted in a flower head design with a large opal to the centre surrounded by 4 smaller opals. The diamonds are illusion mounted between the small opals.

The band is slim and plain.

The ring is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, Sheffield, 1960

The small opals measure 3mm in diameter each.
