~ 40mm Bofors Anti Aircraft Gun Inert Practice Shell ~

A practice shell used for drill purposes on the Iconic AB Bofors Anti Aircraft gun.

Designed in Sweden in 1930’s by the Swedish arms manufacturer AB Bofors, and used by the allies throughout WW2.

They were still in service up until the early 80’s. It could fire 120 rounds a minute.

The shell has a length of 45cm (17 ¾ inches) and weighs 2.09 Kg

~ Condition ~

This item physically sound but has quite a lot of surface corrosion (as pictured).
