~ 19th Century City of London Representative Small Epee Sword ~

An excellent example of British Empire Diplomatic sword of the City of London, bearing the coat of arms with the motto Domine Dirige Nos (translated: Master guide us).

The blade is bearing a series of decorative etchings and it is most probably a sword that was carried either by a Lord Mayor of the City or a representative.

 ~ Condition ~

As seen in the pictures the piece is in vintage condition with some darkening on the blade and a bit of play on the section holding the coat of arms.
