19th Century Antler Handle Short Sword Stick

This is a sword cane from the 1800s. It features a silver collar with the Birmingham silver hallmarks. The cane is a short, 81cm with a 33.5cm hidden blade and has a small catch to keep the handle and cane together while walking. When sheathed, the blade is held firmly in the cane.

*Condition*

The blade is in great condition for its age and the knobbly wooden cane has some minor marks and scratches. The ferrule at the tip of the cane is missing. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
